Abstract Submission Extended
NewIn response to multiple institutional requests, the last date for submitting oral/poster abstract proposals has been officially extended to July 25, 2026. Submit abstracts through the online portal in MS Word format. Submissions post this date will not be accepted.
Online Presentation & Participation
NewThe conference is conducted in hybrid mode. Online participants of oral, poster and research expo presentation can present their work online through a meeting link which will be shared soon.
Poster Dimensions & Guidelines
ImportantDetailed guidelines for the Student Poster Session have been released. Posters must strictly comply with standard A0 dimensions (portrait orientation: 841 x 1189 mm). Mount pins will be provided at the pavilion. Presenters must be present by their stands during designated evaluation blocks.
